The house

The luxury holiday villa is completely renovated in 2015 and designed to provide you with all te comfort you need. This house with spacious garden and terrace is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad. Within two minutes you can walk to the beach, harbor or city centre.

The house is suitable for fourteen people while it has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. It would be perfect for example ten adults and four children.

LAYOUT

Both in the living room and kitchen you can enjoy an atmospheric gas fireplace. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with a combi microwave, an oven, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. Through the garden doors you have access to the terrace and the closed garden which is situated on the south. There is a separate TV room with a smart LCD television.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom with bath, shower and sink. You will also find a storage room on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped for two people and have Auping beds. There is one bedroom with bath and washbasin, the other three bedrooms have a shower and sink. There are also two separate toilets on this floor.

Through a staircase you enter the second floor. Here you'll find four single beds. This floor is ideal for children, given the open large space and the height of it. All stairs in the house have a stair gate.

Of course there is wireless internet available which you can use free of charge. It's also possible to park four cars in front of the house on private property.
